it's to do with a "advertisement" in game. Shows an Effeminate person drinking from a can of something with alot of flavors I guess with a crazy straw and the tag line "mix it up".
Cept they show the "mix it up" concept by having this effeminate character have a BIG HUGE HONKING dong showing through this tight leotard getup.
CD projekt red tried explaining it as "hey we are showing how companies (which is your biggest enemy I guess in the game) oversexualize advertising."
it's pretty dumb overall. but it just seemed a crass; unneeded thing that CD Red decided was a perfect way to show lgbt representation in the game despite the same community was sorta like "wtf"
