i have to disagree somewhat, maybe a lay-off or a notice would have been better atleast give her enough time to train someone to replace her or find a replacemen before firing her since this has likely set them back since he 1. doesnt know the kitchen very well, 2. it is unlikely that he knows ALL the recipes they currently need thus costing them time, 3. he used to be the one who helped out front with the waiters and waitresses so suddenly if they need any hand their kinda stuck without extra help and if anyone asks for him they either have to wait or something
